The Internet IS transgender

Dr Michio Kaku, a theoretical physicist who according to New York Magazine is one of the smartest 100 people in the universe, on the same list with Madonna, ya, he's that smart. Anyway, was listening to one of his lectures and he made the assertion, in so many words, that the internet itself was transgender.

When physicists invented the internet, it was a tool of war, specifically it was a safety net of sorts, should we actually experience a nuclear attack. It should be no mystery as to why the pentagon paid researchers billions to come up with it. The internet was not designed for us to exchange email and porn links. It was a way for us to communicate during war and specifically to rebuild, say, New York or Los Angeles, should such a tragedy befall us. In this regard, it was a very male or aggressive tool.

Since the cold war with Russia, the internet has become female, in others words, it's used to reach out and touch oher people. Now we use it for the exchange of ideas or porn or art or simply communicating with loved ones. It's used now as a tool for nurturing and education which of course has lead to all of you, well, all of you on the internet. TGForums and those like it are perhaps the most accurate and ultimate expression of this concept.

To extend this idea even further, EVERYONE is trans, to some degree. Even those cisgendered people with no desire to be perceived as the other gender, can usually come up with a small laundry list of things they'd like to transform about their own body. Bigger muscles, broader shoulders, more hair on the head, bigger breasts, you get the idea. In that regard, we are all trans.

Also consider that in the future, and with the technological explosion or singularity, modern humans will probably look very little like those of us today. We are likely to have all sorts of technologically advanced enhancements if not out right robotic bodies impervious to death. Enhanced strength, enhanced sensory perceptions, enhanced beauty and better information, all while connected to the cloud of human knowledge. Augmented reality is in our future and the transgender movement is perhaps just the most obvious first steps into the new reality. Trans"Whatever" is soon to be the new norm. Perhaps we're just harbingers of the new age. Embrace it!

I am a Transvestwhite and would ask that you use my preferred racial pronoun, "human."
