Morning LOL

Postby Tara » Thu Dec 08, 2016 8:51 am

I was coming into work today, and there was a new security guard. I smile as I hand him my ID, and he says "good morning, sir!". Just as I begin to deflate, he looks up and says, "Oh! I'm sorry ma'am! I just had several men go through, and I was stuck on 'sir', but you're not a 'sir'. Good morning, ma'am!" As I left, I was literally LOL

He handled it well, even if he was telling porkies about the "sir" bit being mechanistic.

Slowly but surely the world is getting to be a better place.
